Brian C. Betz – Founder / President

Brian Betz- BB Sales Group

I have been in sales and construction all my life, from my early teens managing and running a landscaping business to remodeling the family homestead while growing into a Regional Manager position with over 20 years experience,  for three of the  industry’s most prestigious decking manufactures.  The experience has helped me to grow BB Sales Group domestically and in foreign markets over the past ten years.

Today I focus day to day operations for BB Sales Group procuring new business by calling on architects, builders, dealers and distributors. I specialize in decking and concrete products and projects that build long lasting relationships for the company’s we represent. 

My moto is; “Success is applying goals everyday, ONE DECK AT A TIME and making sure we bring VALUE to our customers.”

Hobbies – While maintaining a current contractor’s license, I also run a construction company that builds decks and all phases of residential remodeling work.  I enjoy revitalizing my local neighborhood by revitalizing old run down properties into new custom affordable housing. It’s  a passion I very much still enjoy. If not swinging a hammer and having my children learn some of the tricks of the trade on the weekends,  you may find me a few more places; either on the  Susquehanna river boating, or at a local car show. I enjoy time with my family of 3-grown young men and a beautiful daughter along with a very supportive spouse of over 20 years. Living my life in central PA could not be more rewarding.

Randy Yeomans – Regional Sales Manager

Randy Yeomans is a proud US Army veteran, who served 4 years in the 9th infantry division, stationed in Fort Lewis, Washington. Following active military duty, he served 8 years as a corrections officer with the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons in Lewisburg, PA. In 2000 Randy began his career in sales where he discovered his true passion. Randy came to BB Sales Group with a combined 17 years of experience of sales and sales management in the building and energy industries. As a testament to his dedication to hard work and customer satisfaction, he is a two-time recipient of the President’s Club Award for sales excellence. Randy values the trust that his customers place in him and is committed to helping every customer achieve their business goals with quality products and exceptional service after the sale.

More than anything, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife Barbara and five children. In his free time, he can be found working in his yard with his sheepdog Bella by his side, traveling with his wife, or fly-fishing with his sons. 

Silas Betz – Service Representative

Silas Betz, son of Brian Betz, is currently enrolled as a student at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and studying Business Management and Applied Ethics. Silas has been involved in the industry since 2012 and has traveled as extensively as South Africa for business. Outside of working with BB Sales Group, Silas has earned multiple achievements by the state and private institutions for his excellence in entrepreneurship qualities.

Silas is also very adept when it comes to computer hardware/software building and repair, which he enjoys doing in his free time as well as: hiking, camping, studying philosophy, and playing the Cello. He’s a friendly young man with an excitement for learning new things and new people and is looking forward to a long term relationship with the building sales industry after he graduates from WCU.

Sue Heitzelman – Sales & Service

Sue Heitzelman - BB Sales Group Team

Susan Heintzelman spent 30 years in the healthcare industry as Director of System Financial Reporting for the Geisinger Health System. She has a wealth of experience preparing financial statements, conducting audits, implementing financial systems and upgrades, reviewing internal controls, managing accounts payable and working with and developing team members. She is used to managing multiple priorities and long range planning and is detail oriented and adapts well to a constantly changing work environment.

Susan is a graduate of Susquehanna University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She lives in Selinsgrove with her husband Barry and their 3 cats and they have two children. She enjoys traveling, photography, gardening, cooking, painting and going on mission trips to Uganda, Kenya and Honduras.
Susan looks forward to assisting Brian Betz and learning about the construction industry. While the type of her customers have changed, her commitment to delivering excellent customer service remains strong.

Robyn Morales – Service Assistant

Robyn Morales grew up learning about the construction industry, as her father built the house she grew up in and was self-employed for many years building homes. She always found the process of building a house fascinating and enjoyed many Sunday drives spent with her dad looking at houses in nearby neighborhoods.

A graduate of The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Robyn has a passion for photography and enjoyed working for the Pittsburgh Steelers for six years photographing home games. Also self-employed and owner of RZ Imaging, Robyn understands the business world and finds it rewarding to work for BB Sales as the assistant for Brian Betz. Robyn enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and step-son while continuously broadening her knowledge and learning in any way she can.

Clayton Newton –  Research Sales Analyst

Clayton - BB Sales Group Team

Clayton is currently a Senior at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania where he is majoring in Marketing and English.  At Bloomsburg he works at the Writing and Literacy Engagement Studio (WALES) as a writing consultant.  Clayton recently spent five months in Brussels, Belgium studying Marketing and Management at KU Leuven.  There he traveled around Europe and made contacts from several different cultures around the world. 

Clayton played in the NCAA for the Bloomsburg University Men’s Soccer Team.  While on the team, he was a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and was twice recognized as an Academic All Star.  Also, he is a member of the Husky Ambassadors, they are the link between Bloomsburg’s alumni and student body.  Clayton looks forward to mentoring international students, consulting at WALES, and interning at BB Sales Group during his Senior year at Bloomsburg.
